Very odd video, but we'll give it the benefit of the doubt - someone may have just had their security camera recording at the right place and the right time. They film this woman walking along the street at night, when for whatever reason she decides to stop and just piss in her pants. She empties the pee out of her shoes and then carries on walking home in her wet jeans.
